The 2-arm rotational molding machine, also known as the Shuttle style, is designed for efficient production in a streamlined setup.It includes the oven’s central system and two arm-equipped trolleys. These trolleys travel back and forth between positions by casting of stations for the best possible way of molding. When one trolley rotates the mold inside the oven for heating, the other stands on the other end to help in loading/unloading of molded product.This continuous operation ensures that productivity is never at a standstill while eliminating as little downtime as possible for the most efficient workflow. This setup also included cooling chambers and loading stations on both sides to make the process of molding a quick, efficient, and continuous one.
