High efficiency shuttle rotational molding machine, known as the Shuttle style, is set up in a linear manner. It consists of an oven and two trolleys with arms positioned in the middle. On either side, there is a cooling chamber and a loading station.
When one trolley rotates the mold into the oven for heating, the other trolley stops on the opposite side to load or remove the mold.
This setup allows for flexible operation, making it suitable for manufacturing large products. Even for smaller items, the productivity remains high. Additionally, the equipment is relatively simple and easy to maintain. As a result, this type of high efficiency shuttle rotational molding machine is widely utilized in our country.
