The shuttle type rotational molding machine is equipped with two arms. One arm can be used for mold disassembly and assembly, while the other arm can also be used for continuous production in the oven. It occupies a small area and is a practical machine.

Our rotational modling machine is of below features:
1. Round oven, Gear track door fully closed, which is not only more stable and reliable, running safely, free of deformation, but also of good heat preservation, reduce power consumption.
2. New developed air circulation system, (double tunnel for above 4.5M), increase heat flow rate, make mold heated uniformly, and reduce shaping cycle, as well as improve production efficiency.
3. Our rotational molding machine is fully automatic controlled with PLC, inverter, touch screen, thermostat, encoder etc., made change from traditional production which is manual control, and heavy labor intensity. Meanwhile, the operator could stop mould at any angle on our machine, which makes mold release easier, and work efficiency get improved.
4. Burner is equipped with advanced proportion adjustment system, keep mold temperature stable, and less fluctuation.
5. Deep cavity heat system is available. While dealing irregular product, or product of uneven thickness at deep cavity and flat corner, it takes use heat inside oven to get compensation and balance heat, and make product of complicated structure more superior.
