Shuttle type rotational molding machine is installed in-line with oven and two trolleys with arms at its center for loading. Said loading being on one side of the cooling chamber and an unloading station being on the opposite side of the same. One trolley, once this charge has been rotated into the oven to heat up, is in operation on one side of the cooling chamber while the other trolley will be having or will come to rest on the other side to load or demould.

In this way, the operation is flexible in manufacturing relatively large products. Even for a small product, the productivity is high. Furthermore, the equipment is relatively simple and easy to maintain. Such a rotational molding machine is currently widespread in our country.

Mechanical part:


· Modular design of equipment assembly, easily installed.

· A cylindrical oven, with low energy consumption and high efficiency.

· The main shaft is thickened, and the gearbox drives the main shaft directly to avoid shaking.

- Externally installed on the main shaft within ф 27 ф 21 there are air-permeable tubes allowing for passing through a large volume of air.

Oven:


The burner no longer requires the cumbersome two-stage (high/low fire) heating approach; it’s all electronically monitored, with fine tuning achieved by a ratio control valve on the burner.
Hot air is circulated through the oven, supported by the stainless steel axial fan situated at the bottom of the oven. On top, there is a hot air outlet funnel shape incorporated for re-circulating the mist.

· Lower air outlet and upper air circulation, the accumulated material does not catch fire.

· 2mm thick plate inside the drying channel sturdy; lasts longer.

 

Combustion system:


· Combustion motors (from Reillo produced locally Weiru produced locally, Weishaupt German and Maxon American)

· Fuel: natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, diesel. Control system:

PLC system:

Delta system or Siemens system may be selected, featuring universally standardized wiring, and direct signal to the control cabinet thereby cutting down on the delay and interference a result of wireless transmission.

Warming program: Independent setting of three heating temperatures, heating time, internal and external shaft speeds, and circulating air volume on each arm.

Cooling function: cooling time, plus cooling delay time, water mist (optional).

Memory of the last used production parameters corresponding to stored function: Storing the production parameters of the corresponding product

Remote control of spindle and countershaft: wireless remote control with a rotating arm for mold disassembly and assembly (optional).

A:The rotational molding process is quite simple: A hollow mold is filled with powdered plastic resin. The mold begins rotating bi-axially and is transferred into an oven. The mold continues to rotate as the resin melts and coats the walls of the mold. The mold is cooled until the resin hardens into the desired shape.
