The three-arm turret type rotary molding machine is equipped with a central turret, paired with 3 mobile cars. According to different product requirements, it can choose from 4 stations (heating, cooling, mold disassembly, preparation) and 5 stations (heating, pre-cooling, cooling, mold disassembly, preparation).

The four arm turret rotary molding machine is equipped with a central turret, paired with four mobile cars. According to different product requirements, it can choose from 5 stations (heating, cooling, mold disassembly, mold installation, preparation) and 6 stations (heating, pre-cooling, cooling, mold disassembly, mold installation, preparation).

Mechanical part:

·The equipment assembly adopts modular design, which can be quickly installed.

·A cylindrical oven with low energy consumption and high efficiency.

·The main shaft is thickened , and the gearbox directly drives the main shaft to avoid shaking.

·The internally main shaft installed with an external ф Within 27 ф 21 breathable tubes that can pass through a large volume of air.

Oven:

·The oven temperature has abolished the previous two-stage (high/low fire) heating method and adopts real-time monitoring, using the ratio control valve on the burner for fine tuning.

·The temperature inside the cylindrical oven is uniform, and hot air is blown into the oven through a stainless steel vortex fan below the oven, and then flows into the oven through the top suction port for reuse.

·Lower air outlet and upper circulation, accumulated material not catching fire.

·2mm thick plate inside the drying channel, durable and long-lasting.

Combustion system:

·Optional combustion engine (domestically produced Reillo, domestically produced Weiru, German Weishaupt, and American Maxon),

·The fuel can be natural gas, liquefied gas, or diesel.

Control system:

PLC system: can choose Delta system or Siemens system, with standardized wiring and direct signal to control cabinet,

Reduce the delay and interference generated by wireless transmission.

Heating program: Each arm can be individually set with three different heating temperatures, heating time, internal and external shaft speeds, and circulating air volume.

Cooling function: cooling time, cooling delay time, water mist (optional).

Storage function: Store the production parameters of the corresponding product.

Spindle and countershaft remote control: wireless remote control with rotating arm, convenient for mold disassembly and assembly (optional).

COOLING SYSTEM

The cooling system consists of a set of fans for each car. The fans are fixed to a movable metal frame which can easily be moved for most appropriate mold position.

A:The rotational molding process is quite simple: A hollow mold is filled with powdered plastic resin. The mold begins rotating bi-axially and is transferred into an oven. The mold continues to rotate as the resin melts and coats the walls of the mold. The mold is cooled until the resin hardens into the desired shape.

A: Due to  epidemic, we could not send our technician abroad, So, now, all the
exporting equipment are designed with module function, The buyer can install the equipment
with our installation instruction easier.

    If the client insists to send the technician for machine installation, they will need to pay the travel fee and accommodation fee, and labor cost USD 100 for one person in one day.
