The rotational molding machine is designed in a shuttle style and is positioned in a straight line with an oven and two trolleys that have arms at its center. There is a cooling chamber and loading station on both sides. One trolley rotates the mold into the oven for heating while the other trolley stops on the opposite side for loading or demolding.
This setup allows for flexible manufacturing of large products and high productivity for even small products. Additionally, the equipment is simple and easy to maintain. Currently, this type of rotational molding machine is widely used in our country.
